Assembly Step 1: Layout and Cutting

Our series of "how-to" assembly videos does NOT cover every single little step of the assembly process... that's what the written, fully-illustrated instructions are for. Rather, the videos just cover the most challenging and critical steps.

The first of these challenging steps is determining the layout of your pergola and, if necessary, cutting the posts and other components down to a smaller size.

Hint: The majority of the questions in the Area Rep Quiz come from these "how-to" assembly videos. If you don't take the time to watch them carefully (and take notes as needed), you'll have a hard time passing the quiz.
